In regard to your message sent to the Bucharest Transport Company (STB SA), registered with no. 106575/2023, we inform you the following:

Before boarding the means of public transport, travelers must make sure that they are in possession of an appropriate travel title, and at the request of the representatives of the control STB SA, to present it for verification.

Following the checks carried out on the transport card with the series 27288436, it was found that during the check on 28.04.2023, on bus line 783, the value for a trip was deducted.

The validation is performed by approaching the card to the central area of the validator, at a distance of 1-2 cm from the area specially marked for this purpose, for 2-3 seconds.

The validator confirms the validation of the card by displaying the message „Călătorie plăcută!” ("Have a nice trip!") and by a short beep, followed by the ignition of the green led.

If it is desired to validate a trip for an accompanying person, the multiple validation procedure will be followed.

Multiple validation is performed by pressing button 2 (in STB SA vehicles, except for Otokar and Mercedes Citaro hybrid buses) or the “+” button of the validator (in Otokar and Mercedes Citaro hybrid buses) and by approaching the card to the validator, after the card has been previously validated for one person.

This operation must be repeated for each person of the group, and the value of the trips is deducted from the card.

The validator confirms each validation of the card by displaying the message „Călătorie plăcută!” ("Have a nice trip!") and by a short beep, followed by the ignition of the green led.
