In order to make the necessary verifications, we need some informations from you:

1) In case you validated with your contactless debit/credit card, please send us the first 4 and last 4 digits of the card;

2) If you validated with the phone, please send us the first 4 and the last 4 digits of the debit/credit card associated with the mobile banking application;

3) If you want to check if you have a contravention report drafted (proces verbal de contravenție), we`ll be needing your National Identification Number (CNP - Cod Numeric Personal in romanian), because the contravention report can be drafted ONLY based on the ID card (carte de identitate in romanian).
