Regarding your request, registered at STB S.A. with no. 72935, we inform you that before boarding a public transportation vehicle, the travelers must make sure that they are in possession of a valid and validated travel document, and, at the request of the control teams, to present it for verification.

Validation must be carried out when the passenger has accessed the vehicle's interior. The validators are located at each door of the vehicles precisely to allow passengers to validate their transport cards immediately after boarding.

The persons identified without a valid travel document, following the control in the vehicles of STB S.A., either pay 80 lei on the spot, the equivalent of a surcharge, for which a surcharge card is issued, or present their identification card so that the control agents to draw up the report of the contravention, only on the basis of the identity document (amount of fine from 300 lei to 500 lei).

According to the legal provisions in force, travelers identified without a valid travel document bear the consequences of the law.

Not knowing this information does not exempt you from paying the fine.

Following the checks carried out on the transport card with the series 010526842498, it turned out that, when the control was carried out on 02.11.2022, it was not validated, but only verified by the employees of the STB S.A. company.
