In regard to your message sent to the Bucharest Transport Company (STB S.A.), registered with no. 68718, in which you report that on August 17th, 2022, in the means of transport related to line 459, you were unable to validate the travel card with series 8823300, we inform you that the mentioned transport line is served by STV SA - Voluntari Transport Service. Thus, we request you to contact this institution.
Also, from the checks of the card reader with series 8823300, it emerged that the message generated on August 17th, 2022, by the portable control equipment was of unvalidated travel, but the data in the reader is incomplete, due to the fact that the line is served by another transport company. Thus, we inform you that we do not have all the data necessary to carry out the checks.
Traveling without a valid ticket is considered a contravention, and according to the regulation of the local public transport community service for Bucharest and Ilfov county, the fine set for this offense is between 300 and 500 lei. In this case, passengers may pay on the spot a ticket with special rate – surcharge, with a value of 80 lei and the ticket inspectors will not write a report on the offense. We mention that the report on the offence can be drawn up by the ticket inspectors only if you present them your ID.
