In regard to your message sent to the Bucharest Transport Company (STB SA), registered with no. 68427, we inform you the following:

If the traveler signs the contravention report, a copy is handed to him or her, otherwise it is communicated by post. Upon receipt of the contravention report, the traveler may pay within 15 days, from his delivery or communication by post, half of the fine stipulated in the contravention report.

A complaint may be lodged against the written contravention report within 15 days from the date of its delivery or communication to the district court in whose territory the contravention was found, which is also mentioned in the contravention report.

The payment of contravention fines can be made through online payment means (http://www.ghiseul.ro), through authorized credit institutions with which conventions are concluded or at the cashier of local public administration authorities or other public institutions authorized to manage the revenues of local budgets regardless of the locality in whose radius they operate, the nationality, domicile or residence of the traveler or the place where the contravention was committed, as well as at the one-stop shop at the state border crossing points of Romania.

Please note that the contravention report is drawn up on the basis of the identity document. Since you have not provided us with your identification data, we are unable to carry out checks.
