We regret the inconvenience you have faced, but in order to be able to check the situation you have reported, please give us more details, such as the serial number of the Multiplu card you used in the public transport vehicle.Also, please send us some pictures with the surcharge (“suprataxa”) cards on both sides, at the following email address: info@stbsa.ro.
