In addition to the previous message, we inform you the following:
After checking the reported situation, we found that you purchased two metropolitan trips using the 24Pay app (order ID: 12415060), after the ticket inspectors already initiated the control activity. More exactly, the metropolitan trips were purchased on June 5th 2022, at 12:47, when you were already on a tram on line 41, and the control activity was in progress.
When traveling with the public transport vehicles operated by STB SA, please note that the trip payment by 24Pay app must be made before boarding vehicles, as mentioned on our website (https://stbsa.ro/eng/24pay_eng).
The control activity is carried out by our ticket inspectors, in order to ensure optimum safety and order conditions within the surface public transport vehicles and to combat fraudulent trips.
When asked by the ticket inspectors, passengers must provide the tickets they are using and the owners of nominal subscription or credentials must provide, on request, their IDs.
Traveling without a valid ticket is considered a contravention, and according to the regulation of the local public transport community service for Bucharest and Ilfov county, the fine set for this offense is between 300 and 500 lei. In this case, passengers may pay on the spot a ticket with special rate – surcharge, with a value of 80 lei and the ticket inspectors will not write a report on the offense. We mention that the report on the offence can be drawn up by the ticket inspectors only if you present them your ID.

We regret the inconvenience you have faced, but in order to be able to check the situation you have reported, please give us more details, such as the ticket confirmation codes purchased through the 24pay app, the order ID and the client ID.
We mention that the offence report can be drawn up by our employees only if you present them your ID.
