In regard to your message sent to Bucharest Transport Company (STB SA), we inform you that we will refund the amount you paid for the surcharge card.

In order to receive the money, we invite you to our Financial Office, located on Dinicu Golescu Ave. no 1, District 1, Bucharest. Please make sure you will have the surcharge card and your ID so we can verify them.

Our work schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 7 am to 3 pm.
