Following your petition, registered at the Bucharest Transport Company STB S.A. with the number 36027/2024, we inform you that, since you have not provided us with concrete elements, we are unable to analyze the situation you reported. Please send us a copy of the front and back of the surcharge card you referred to in your complaint.

Additionally, we would like to mention that before boarding public transport vehicles, passengers must ensure they have a valid travel ticket and, upon request by STB's control body representatives, present it for verification.

Lack of knowledge of this information does not exempt you from paying the fine, as this information is available on the website www.stb.ro.
